THE PSA OUTCASTS

When Johnny Warren took over PSA, he made it very clear who his favorites and least favorites were.  At the bottom of the list were Shawn Westin, Dean Cottonsmith, and Janice Janet, who refused to let "The Lifeblood" boss them around.  Warren dubbed the trio "The PSA Outcasts," and they kept the name as a reminder of their mission: to stop the unfair treatment of The Lifeblood Initiative and anyone else that bullies the PSA roster into submission.
