Being recognized as one of PSA’s Finest is the highest honor anyone can be bestowed. For a wrestler to earn this distinction, they must capture the PSA World Championship, a Secondary Championship (Ultimate Hour Championship/PSA Hardcore Championship), an Alliance Championship (PSA Tag Team Championship/PSA Trios Championship*), and an additional Accolade (Another Championship or a Triumph). Currently 6 individuals are considered PSA’s Finest, and they will all go down as integral parts of the promotion’s history.

It was only a matter of time before Drew Pender became a member of PSA's Finest. Not only has he dominated the roster since his debut at Hour Zero, but he is widely regarded as the greatest Champion this promotion has ever seen. Regardless of whether he is "The President of Hardcore," "The God of PSA," or "The Shepherd of Fire," Drew Pender will always be an integral part of PSA's history.

Prior to the PSA Tag Team Championship's intergender status, wrestlers in the PSA Women's Division had to acquire two additional accolades to become a member of PSA's Finest. The only woman to accomplish this task was Brittany Blake, which cemented her legacy as one of the greatest wrestlers in PSA history.

Keith may be the greatest success story in PSA history. After being given a contract on PSA's first show, no one expected much from "Mr. Lose Guy." Keith proved everyone wrong, however, and he became an esteemed member of PSA's Finest when he won the PSA World Championship at Finest Hour 2025.
