When Andrew Frankowski revealed that he would be returning to PSA as "The Chosen," no one knew what to expect.  However, this persona proved to be a keeper when Andrew had one of the greatest performances of his career at Ground Zero V, where he eliminated Dean Cottonsmith, Bruno Bolousek, and Hell Gigante to become the PSA Hardcore Champion!

No one on the planet thought Dean Cottonsmith had what it takes to become PSA Hardcore Champion, but he did exactly that at Carnival of Conquest 2026.  With the likes of Hell Gigante, Bruno Bolousek, and Andrew Frankowski all wanting a shot at the Title, the Champion panicked and agreed to face all of them... at the same time!  This decision brought his 71-day reign to a close, as Dean Cottonsmith went on to be the first man eliminated from the match at Ground Zero V.

Hell Gigante went into Now or Never 2026 with the odds stacked against him, but he powered through and defeated Bruno Bolousek to emerge PSA Hardcore Champion!  Unfortunately, Gigante's reign only lasted 28 days, and it was ended at the hands of one of the most improbable Champions in PSA history: Dean Cottonsmith.

Bruno Bolousek's 316-day reign began when he submitted Drew Pender at Tidal Wave 2025.  "The Blood Hunter" established himself as one of the most dominant Champions in PSA history by taking down 7 of PSA's best in the Hunter's Haven, but this time shockingly came to an end at the hands of Hell Gigante at Now or Never 2026.

When the PSA Hardcore Championship was revived by Dru Parcher in Season 11, Drew Pender saw himself as the only man who could usher in this new era.  "The Shepherd of Fire" proved himself right when he bested Andrew Frankowski in a Hardcore Classic match at Plugged In 2025 to become the two-time Hardcore Champion!  Drew Pender's respectable reign came to an end at Tidal Wave 2025, where Bruno Bolousek used the Mark of the Allmother to walk out on top.

Corwin brought the legacy of the Hardcore Championship to an end when he defeated Drew Pender in a Last Man standing match to become Undisputed PSA World Champion.

Drew Pender become the first-ever PSA Hardcore Champion after he was gifted the title by the General Manager, Cory Parcher.  His historic 169-day reign came to an end when he and Corwin unified their respective Championships in a Last Man Standing match at PSA: Issue 22.
