The PSA Hardcore Championship is the epitome of uncontrollable violence. The Title was originally retired in Season 2, but its grand return in Season 11 brought a new wave of bloodlust across the entire PSA roster. During its lineage, the Title has been held by 4 people across 5 different reigns. Plenty of wrestlers claim to be extreme, but the only way to prove it is to become PSA Hardcore Champion.

Bruno Bolousek's 316-day reign began when he submitted Drew Pender at Tidal Wave 2025. "The Blood Hunter" established himself as one of the most dominant Champions in PSA history by taking down 7 of PSA's best in the Hunter's Haven, but this time shockingly came to an end at the hands of Hell Gigante at Now or Never 2026.

"The Shepherd of Fire" proved himself right when he bested Andrew Frankowski in a Hardcore Classic match at Plugged In 2025 to become the two-time Hardcore Champion! Drew Pender's respectable reign came to an end at Tidal Wave 2025, where Bruno Bolousek used the Mark of the Allmother to walk out on top.
