VolTYSON opened Ultimate Hour ready for a tag team match, but they were unsure who their opponents were going to be. To their surprise, they were met with the revamped “Binglebottom Industries,” which saw Mob Boss Brody accompany Samuel Binglebottom and Mark Cooper Jr. to the ring. After incapacitating TYSON with the Bottomfeeder, the duo hit the Money Maker on Voltand to start the new era of this super-alliance on the right track!
Next, The Lifeblood Initiative’s Cali Dynamite and Johnny Warren came down to the ring. First, Warren announced that the Ultimate Hour Champion, Dave, is at home recovering from his injuries. If he can pass his medical evaluation when he returns in two weeks, then he will defend the Title at Tidal Wave against an opponent that is yet to be determined. Additionally, he revealed that the PSA Faithful will meet the “real” Spack Jarrow when he also makes his return at Tidal Wave. As for Dynamite, he was here to address his attack on Undkban last week. He explained that he doesn’t care that The Disciples beat him at Carnival of Conquest, because all he wants to do is break the man that hurt him. He doesn’t care how long it takes; Cali Dynamite will have his revenge.
Johnny Warren then welcomed out Cruella Castonova, who had a match against the Roster Roulette Champion, Tara. Castonova has been eyeing the RR Title all year, and here was her chance to guarantee a future opportunity. It was a competitive encounter, as these are two of the greatest talents in the entire women’s division. As Castonova set up Obsidian Fury, however, Hayley ran down to the ring for a distraction; this gave Tara enough time to recover and roll-up her opponent for a surprise victory! After the match, Tara looked annoyed at Hayley, and Castonova made it clear that this was only the beginning of their rivalry.
Casual Adam, who challenged The Owskis to a tag team match at Tidal Wave, was backstage looking for a partner. Most people declined out of fear of Corwin, and Adam was losing hope. However, he bumped into Bruno Bolousek, who made it very clear that he’s not afraid of men who pretend to play god. Even so, he has his own business to attend to at Tidal Wave: The PSA Hardcore Championship. Can Adam find a partner in time?
Bolousek then made his way to the ring, where he addressed Drew Pender directly. He told “The Shepherd of Fire” that he’s not afraid of him like everyone else is, and he will show that he is nothing more than a man when he breaks every bone in his body at Tidal Wave. As Bolousek started to leave, Pender snuck in the ring behind him for an attack! However, Bruno turned around and dared him to attack. Pender shockingly had no response, so Bruno told the Champion “I’ll see you at Tidal Wave” and left the ring.
Next, Marcee and Low-Key Eve faced off one-on-one. Eve tried her best, but Marcee’s experience and skill was too much to beat. As Marcee celebrated her victory, she was interrupted by the PSA Women’s World Champion, Heather N. Marcus. Marcus explained that she has beaten everyone during her time as “The Forever Champion,” but she has never successfully defended a Title against Marcee. It is the only blemish on her record, and now she’s here to right that wrong and be the first woman to reach a year as Champion. Before she could accept, La Biblioteca came out and interrupted them! She told the PSA Faithful that she was closer to beating HNM than anyone else, and she needs to right her wrong and be the one to end Marcus’ reign before it reaches 365 days. With no clear contender, Johnny Warren announced that Marcee and La Biblioteca will face at Tidal Wave, with the winner challenging Heather N. Marcus at Ground Zero IV!
The Jonsun Culinary Academy, who have been on a consistent losing streak, met for an emergency team meeting. Dalton Pepper entered separately from the rest of the Alliance, which added to the PSA Faithful’s worries that he wants to leave the team. However, Pepper reiterated that he cares more about his friends than anything, which is why he called this meeting. He reminded everyone that they need to revise their team mentality: when one of us wins, wins we all win. He started chanting “For the Academy,” which got fans invested in the JCA’s future. Will their spirits be changed when they compete in trios action next week?
Keith Main Evented Ultimate Hour in his second PSA World Championship defense against Ben Richards. Johnny Warren offered to accompany his protégé to the ring, but Richards declined; he made it clear that he wanted to win this Title on his own. This was an extremely competitive match, and no one in the PSA Faithful knew who would walk out on top. Richards hit Keith with the Bloodshed, but he wanted to hit Keith with a second one to make sure he was down for the count. As the referee checked on Keith, however, Leonard Lopez appeared from under the ring and grabbed “The Youngblood’s” leg! As Richards argued with Lopez, he was hit with the Shock-and-Awe by Keith, who never saw Lopez interfere. Keith proceeded to climb the top rope, hit the Blue Sky Splash, and retain the PSA World Championship.
