The final Ultimate Hour before Tidal Wave began with a matchup between the Men’s Debt Collector, Goldielox, and Allen. Allen was poised to get a huge win with the Friendship Bracelet, but “The Gilded Greatness” countered it into a Midas Touch to pull off the victory. As Goldielox celebrated his victory, however, he was ambushed by Samuel Binglebottom! He yelled at Goldielox for trying to spread lies to P-Money last week, and he announced that “The Smack Rapper” himself will prove his loyalty to Binglebottom Industries when he steps in the ring with him at Tidal Wave.
Backstage, Dave was seen meeting with PSA’s Medical Personnel. It was clear that “The Shellraiser’s” injuries are far worse than anyone anticipated, which made staff hesitant to clear him for Tidal Wave. However, Dave’s insistence on defending the Ultimate Hour Championship, in addition to his intimidating size, convinced doctors to rule him medically fit to compete. Can Dave power through the pain, or will his injuries finally catch up to him?
The PSA Faithful were witness to trios action as the Jonsun Culinary Academy took on The High Five. The JCA’s momentum continued to swing in the right direction, as Dalton Pepper pinned Trunk at the end of a fun contest to score another win “For the Academy!”
Outside the arena, we caught up with Brittany Blake and Cruella Castonova after their ambush on Ashes of the Spear last week. They revealed that Hayley and Tara were actually banned from appearing tonight, but they won’t be gone for long. Blake and Castonova vowed to humiliate Ashes of the Spear at Tidal Wave, as the two teams will collide in a Beach Brawl!
As Blake and Castonova entered the arena, they bumped into Shawn Westin, Janice Janet, and Dean Cottonsmith, who were once again waiting outside Johnny Warren’s office. Ben Richards and JX2 yelled at them to leave, as Warren demanded peace and quiet prior to his discussion with Leonard Lopez later tonight. Unfortunately, this trio were not taking a no for an answer. This commotion brought out the Director of PSA, who eagerly agreed to give Cottonsmith a match right now! However, the smirk on Warren’s face signaled to everyone that this was more of a punishment than an opportunity…
Dean Cottonsmith was thrilled to return to in-ring action, but this quickly turned to fear when it was announced that he would be competing in a No Disqualification match. Not only that, but his opponent was the PSA Hardcore Champion, Drew Pender! “The Shepherd of Fire” embarrassed the bloodied Cottonsmith in this match, which came to an end when Pender hit his opponent with the What Goes Up Must Come Down on a steel chair. Will this aggression be enough to take down Bruno Bolousek at Tidal Wave?
Before the next match, Casual Adam was distraught backstage. He’s tried to find a tag team partner for weeks, and he has failed every single time. He looked ready to give up, but a figure appeared from the shadows: Pletch! “The Pig,” who surprisingly didn’t have his mystery box with him, mentioned that he has a history with both members of The Owskis, so he wants to get revenge at Tidal Wave. Casual Adam excitedly agreed, and the pair walked off to come up with a plan for next week.
After taking down Macho Mars last week, La Biblioteca set her sights on Marcia. “La Mueñeca Muerta” was a force to be reckoned with, but Biblioteca used her superior strength to hit the Checkout and get the win. Can she do the same to Marcee at Tidal Wave?
In our Main Event, Johnny Warren and Ben Richards came down to the ring and awaited Leonard Lopez. The PSA Faithful have been anticipating his decision for a week, with no one knowing whether he would pick the Ultimate Hour Championship or his best friend. Lopez followed shortly after, but he was not alone; alongside him was the PSA World Champion, Keith! As the four men stood in the ring together, “The Lifeblood” demanded an answer. Lopez grabbed a microphone and was going to join his friend in a tag team match, but Keith snatched the microphone and announced that Lopez will face Dave in a rematch for the Ultimate Hour Championship! Warren, disappointed that Keith put his friend’s needs over PSA, made the match official and warned that he and Richards will see him at Tidal Wave.
Bruno Bolousek kicked off Ultimate Hour in a matchup against Maximilien Plouffe. The French strongman continued to impress the PSA Faithful, as his arms were too muscular for Bolousek to lock in the Mark of the Allmother. However, this forced “The Blood Hunter” to trap Plouffe in a brutal ankle lock, where he tapped out almost instantly. Will Bruno Bolousek do the same to Drew Pender at Tidal Wave?
Outside, Hayley and Tara were found arguing. Tara seemed upset that her sister interfered last week, as she was confident that she could handle Cruella Castonova on her own. They had to put a pin in this conversation, however, as Castonova and Blake appeared for an all-out brawl! PSA Officials managed to pull them apart, but it is only a matter of time before these teams fight again.
Following their team meeting last week, the Jonsun Culinary Academy stepped in the ring against The Beautiful Boys and Sir Alex Westworthy. This talk proved to be a difference maker, as Jonsun pinned Westworthy following the Chef’s Kiss to get the victory “For the Academy!”
Next, Undkban responded to Cali Dynamite’s comments from last week. “The Pharaoh” clarified that Dynamite will never get his revenge, because his career will be compromised to a permanent end beforehand. If he wants to try, however, then Undkban will be waiting for him on the Capital Slaughter edition of Ultimate Hour. Will Cali Dynamite respond?
Before stepping in the ring with Marcee at Tidal Wave, La Biblioteca faced Council of M’s Macho Mars. Mars tried to go for the Macho Driver, but Biblioteca overpowered her opponent into the Checkout and walked out victorious.
Backstage, The Owskis checked in with Casual Adam and his quest to find a tag team partner. He excitedly revealed that his partner would be none other than Dean Cottonsmith! This excitement was cut short, however, when Ben Richards, who was still frustrated about his loss last week, came over and yelled at Cottonsmith to get lost. Unfortunately for Adam, it looks like he needs to find someone else for Tidal Wave.
As P-Money was heading to the parking lot, he was stopped by Goldielox. P-Money didn’t seem interested in having a conversation, but “The Gilded Greatness” was here to issue his old friend a warning. He explained that they both know how Samuel Binglebottom is, and right now he’s in another one of his “makeover” phases. He’s done it several times, and each time people get dropped in the process. He’s done it to BnB, Dean Cottonsmith, Goldielox, and Brian Gobert; how long will it be before P-Money is next? While P-Money was thinking, Goldielox patted him on the shoulder, encouraged him to watch his back, and walked away.
Hernando Muertes and Rasgón’s fourth showdown was one of the highlights of the night. “The Ace of the Damned” started to get comfortable with his opponent, and that proved to be his downfall. “The Grim Ripper” used Fulfilled for the first time to secure the win, which took the form of Muertes’ old finishing move, the Death Drop.
Before Ultimate Hour went off the air, Johnny Warren came down to the ring and demanded that Leonard Lopez join him. As the two men stood face-to-face, Warren issued Lopez an ultimatum. “The Jawbreaker” made it clear in last week’s Main Event that he will do whatever it takes to get another shot at the Ultimate Hour Championship, so he was given a choice for Tidal Wave. Leonard will either get his rematch against Dave (assuming Dave is medically cleared next week), or he will partner with Keith to take on “The Lifeblood” himself and Ben Richards. This is his only chance to get a second showdown with “The Shellraiser,” but Keith will have to compete at Tidal Wave on his own. What will Leonard Lopez choose?
VolTYSON opened Ultimate Hour ready for a tag team match, but they were unsure who their opponents were going to be. To their surprise, they were met with the revamped “Binglebottom Industries,” which saw Mob Boss Brody accompany Samuel Binglebottom and Mark Cooper Jr. to the ring. After incapacitating TYSON with the Bottomfeeder, the duo hit the Money Maker on Voltand to start the new era of this super-alliance on the right track!
Next, The Lifeblood Initiative’s Cali Dynamite and Johnny Warren came down to the ring. First, Warren announced that the Ultimate Hour Champion, Dave, is at home recovering from his injuries. If he can pass his medical evaluation when he returns in two weeks, then he will defend the Title at Tidal Wave against an opponent that is yet to be determined. Additionally, he revealed that the PSA Faithful will meet the “real” Spack Jarrow when he also makes his return at Tidal Wave. As for Dynamite, he was here to address his attack on Undkban last week. He explained that he doesn’t care that The Disciples beat him at Carnival of Conquest, because all he wants to do is break the man that hurt him. He doesn’t care how long it takes; Cali Dynamite will have his revenge.
Johnny Warren then welcomed out Cruella Castonova, who had a match against the Roster Roulette Champion, Tara. Castonova has been eyeing the RR Title all year, and here was her chance to guarantee a future opportunity. It was a competitive encounter, as these are two of the greatest talents in the entire women’s division. As Castonova set up Obsidian Fury, however, Hayley ran down to the ring for a distraction; this gave Tara enough time to recover and roll-up her opponent for a surprise victory! After the match, Tara looked annoyed at Hayley, and Castonova made it clear that this was only the beginning of their rivalry.
Casual Adam, who challenged The Owskis to a tag team match at Tidal Wave, was backstage looking for a partner. Most people declined out of fear of Corwin, and Adam was losing hope. However, he bumped into Bruno Bolousek, who made it very clear that he’s not afraid of men who pretend to play god. Even so, he has his own business to attend to at Tidal Wave: The PSA Hardcore Championship. Can Adam find a partner in time?
Bolousek then made his way to the ring, where he addressed Drew Pender directly. He told “The Shepherd of Fire” that he’s not afraid of him like everyone else is, and he will show that he is nothing more than a man when he breaks every bone in his body at Tidal Wave. As Bolousek started to leave, Pender snuck in the ring behind him for an attack! However, Bruno turned around and dared him to attack. Pender shockingly had no response, so Bruno told the Champion “I’ll see you at Tidal Wave” and left the ring.
Next, Marcee and Low-Key Eve faced off one-on-one. Eve tried her best, but Marcee’s experience and skill was too much to beat. As Marcee celebrated her victory, she was interrupted by the PSA Women’s World Champion, Heather N. Marcus. Marcus explained that she has beaten everyone during her time as “The Forever Champion,” but she has never successfully defended a Title against Marcee. It is the only blemish on her record, and now she’s here to right that wrong and be the first woman to reach a year as Champion. Before she could accept, La Biblioteca came out and interrupted them! She told the PSA Faithful that she was closer to beating HNM than anyone else, and she needs to right her wrong and be the one to end Marcus’ reign before it reaches 365 days. With no clear contender, Johnny Warren announced that Marcee and La Biblioteca will face at Tidal Wave, with the winner challenging Heather N. Marcus at Ground Zero IV!
The Jonsun Culinary Academy, who have been on a consistent losing streak, met for an emergency team meeting. Dalton Pepper entered separately from the rest of the Alliance, which added to the PSA Faithful’s worries that he wants to leave the team. However, Pepper reiterated that he cares more about his friends than anything, which is why he called this meeting. He reminded everyone that they need to revise their team mentality: when one of us wins, wins we all win. He started chanting “For the Academy,” which got fans invested in the JCA’s future. Will their spirits be changed when they compete in trios action next week?
Keith Main Evented Ultimate Hour in his second PSA World Championship defense against Ben Richards. Johnny Warren offered to accompany his protégé to the ring, but Richards declined; he made it clear that he wanted to win this Title on his own. This was an extremely competitive match, and no one in the PSA Faithful knew who would walk out on top. Richards hit Keith with the Bloodshed, but he wanted to hit Keith with a second one to make sure he was down for the count. As the referee checked on Keith, however, Leonard Lopez appeared from under the ring and grabbed “The Youngblood’s” leg! As Richards argued with Lopez, he was hit with the Shock-and-Awe by Keith, who never saw Lopez interfere. Keith proceeded to climb the top rope, hit the Blue Sky Splash, and retain the PSA World Championship.
The first Ultimate Hour of the summer opened with Spack Jarrow, who hadn’t been seen since his shocking betrayal at Carnival of Conquest. He explained that he was never a real pirate, but was instead a street performer that Sheri bumped into one day in a crazed state. He never expected to join her, but he agreed when he saw how much money he could make by signing with PSA. He grew to genuinely care for her and Dave, but he realized that they didn’t care for him back; they don’t even know his real name! “Jarrow” has been living a lie for years, and he’s tired of it. He knew that Sheri and Dave would never understand, so he betrayed them before they could do the same to him. These comments brought out Dave, who was still incredibly injured from last week’s event. As “The Shellraiser” got in the ring, however, he was distracted by the music of Leonard Lopez, which gave “Jarrow” the opportunity to escape through the crowd.
Leonard Lopez was here for one reason: he wanted a rematch for the Ultimate Hour Championship. Dave, clearly frustrated with Lopez letting Jarrow escape, threw down the Title and waved down a referee; he’s got his rematch, and it’s right now! The PSA Faithful were thrilled to see this showdown, but they were upset when The Director of PSA, Johnny Warren, came out and cancelled the bout. He explained that Dave needs to undergo a medical evaluation before he can be allowed to compete again, and that Leonard Lopez is not getting a rematch anytime soon after his failure at Carnival of Conquest. Before Waren could continue, however, he was confronted by Keith. The PSA World Champion told Warren that Lopez is more deserving of a Title shot than anyone else, and he has his best friend’s back no matter what. Warren proceeded to yell at Keith for not only interrupting him with this absolute nonsense, but for also having a lackluster Title Defense at Carnival of Conquest. Warren demands excellence, and as punishment for Keith’s Grabowski-like actions, he must defend the PSA World Championship next week against “The Lifeblood’s” protégé: Ben Richards. As for Lopez’s rematch, however, this is a resounding no.
Next was a big-time matchup between Bruno Bolousek and Lochlan. It was a hard-fought battle, but “The Blood Hunter” emerged victorious after planting his opponent with the Bolousek Bomb. After the match, Bruno made it clear that he wants to be next in line for the PSA Hardcore Championship; how will Drew Pender respond?
After their showdown at Carnival of Conquest, The Owskis came down to the ring and called out the PSA Tag Team Champions. However, only Casual Adam came down to the ring. He explained that Corwin will be gone through Tidal Wave (likely filming a salsa commercial or something), and he gave express instructions not to put their Title on the line until he returns. Adam will respect his wishes, but that doesn’t mean he can’t challenge The Owskis to a tag team match at Tidal Wave! Andrew and Josh eagerly accepted, but Adam forgot one important thing; he doesn’t have a tag team partner yet. Can Casual Adam find a teammate before Tidal Wave?
After The Disciples’ victory at Carnival of Conquest, Undkban stepped in the ring with P-Money. P-Money is still struggling to recover from his recent losses, which allowed “The Pharaoh” to hit the Sands of Time and win the match. After the match, Cali Dynamite snuck down and attacked Undkban; it appears that this intense rivalry is far from over!
Backstage, we saw the return of Shawn Westin, Janice Janet, and Dean Cottonsmith. They were eager to meet with Johnny Warren and talk about appearing more on PSA events, but they were stopped by Ben Richards before they could do so. He told the trio to get lost, as Warren had a bunch on his plate with a show currently going on. Richards seemed to regret this attitude as they walked away, but he was right back to it when his brother, Samuel Binglebottom, passed by for a brief staredown.
After a brief confrontation with Ben Richards, Samuel Binglebottom yelled at the rest of Binglebottom Entourages. He berated P-Money and Lochlan for being habitual failures, fired Brian Gobert for failing to bring him a Championship, and stormed over to his car with Mark Cooper Jr., who was the one person he wasn’t upset with. Before he could leave, however, he was stopped by Mob Boss Brody. Brody told S.O.B. that he has more power and influence than anyone he has ever met, and if he truly wants to give Binglebottom Entourages a fresh coat of paint, then he’s the right man for the job. Intrigued, Binglebottom welcomed Brody and MCII into his car and the trio drove away.
Cheese Louise looked to bounce back from her loss at Carnival of Conquest in a match against La Biblioteca. However, Biblioteca impressed everyone when she overpowered Louise and got a convincing win with the Checkout. The Jonsun Culinary Academy has been in a downward spiral recently, so Dalton Pepper called an emergency team meeting that will take place next week.
Hayley and Tara, who were celebrating Ashes of the Spears’ victories at Carnival of Conquest, confirmed that Drew Pender will return next week to address Bruno Bolousek’s challenge for the PSA Hardcore Title. But before they could leave, Cruella Castonova walked over and revealed that she will face Tara one-on-one next week. Can Castonova beat the Roster Roulette Champion?
Our Main Event of the evening was the third showdown between Hernando Muertes vs Rasgón. “The Grim Ripper” was confident that he knew his opponent’s every move, but “The Ace of the Damned” still had a few tricks up his sleeve. This was no more evident than when Muertes hit Rasgón with the Scythe of Salvation to end the show with a 2-1 lead.
We kicked off Carnival of Conquest with a tag team showdown between The Owskis and The Beautiful Boys. In a fun opener, Andrew Frankowski hit Richard Hale with the Sandbag directly after an Owskinator to secure the victory for his team.
Next, Cheese Louise looked to topple Heather N. Marcus for the PSA Women’s World Championship. Louise held on for as long as she could, but “The Forever Champion’s” reign continued when she made Louise tap to the Face Lift.
Drew Pender put the PSA Hardcore Championship on the line in a Hardcore Classic against TYSON. After toppling his opponent with a Spear, “The Shepherd of Fire” climbed to the top rope and hit an incredible diving move called “The Touch of God” to retain the Title.
The Lifeblood Initiative and The Disciples squared off in trios action. JX2 and Cali Dynamite are going to be an unstoppable force in due time, but their lack of experience is what helped The Disciples leave with the win.
Before the Roster Roulette Championship match began, it was announced that it would feature a Special Guest Referee. To everyone’s surprise, the referee was revealed to be Spack Jarrow, who accompanied Swashbucklin’ Sheri to the ring. The PSA Faithful were sure that Sheri would walk out as the Champion, but they were all stunned when Spack hit Sheri with the Seven Seas Sunset and counted the pin for Tara’s retention!
Johnny Warren was called backstage to review important camera footage. The first feed showed Spoonman, who somehow managed to find his way into the arena. After yelling at the camera crew, Johnny Warren saw Spack Jarrow brawling with Dave, who was fighting in Sheri’s honor. Jarrow, who got the upper hand, inflicted some serious damage to “The Shellraiser” before his matchup against Leonard Lopez for the Ultimate Hour Championship. To no one’s surprise, this contest turned out to be one of the greatest matches in PSA History. Lopez hit Dave with a Jawbreaker, Spear, and Sandbag, but the Champion refused to stay down for the three-count. Dave mounted a comeback with back-to-back Bombshells, but “The Jawbreaker” kicked out as well! As Lopez went for a second Jawbreaker, Dave had just enough strength to roll-up the challenger and escape with the Gold. Although Dave is incredibly resilient, will these injuries prove to be his downfall?
The PSA Tag Team Championship was on the line between the Jonsun Culinary Academy and the team of Corwin… and Adam. Seeds of doubt were planted in Dalton Pepper a few weeks ago by Johnny Warren, but he tried not to think about it during the match itself. Despite Casual Adam unintentionally sabotaging his team at every turn, Corwin retained the Title for his duo by pinning Jeff Jonsun with Power Word Kill. After the match, the PSA Tag Team Champions were confronted by The Owskis, who have made it clear that they are going to do whatever it takes to reclaim the Gold!
The Main Event of Carnival of Conquest saw Samuel Binglebottom, who was accompanied to the ring by Brian Gobert, challenge Keith for the PSA World Championship. The history between these two has been well documented, which made the PSA Faithful expect this to be a highly competitive encounter. Unfortunately, however, this match was quite a disappointment. Regardless, Keith retained the PSA World Title with the Shock and Awe and cemented his place on the PSA roster as “Mr. Guy.”
The final Ultimate Hour before Carnival of Conquest began with the Roster Roulette Championship contract signing. Swashbucklin’ Sheri and Tara had an interaction with one another in last year’s Proving Grounds, but this will be the first time that the two will face one-on-one. Will Sheri become a three-time Champion, or will Ashes of the Spear keep possession of the Title?
As Sheri left the ring, she passed by Spack Jarrow, who was here for his match against Leonard Lopez. The stakes were made clear last week: if Lopez won, he would face Dave at Carnival of Conquest for the Ultimate Hour Championship. Jarrow wanted to represent Champions of the Sea well, and he did so with his best in-ring performance yet. However, a combination of having no backup at ringside and Lopez’s experience helped “The Jawbreaker” win the match and secure his shot at the UH Title.
Next, VolTYSON came out on stage to discuss TYSON’s PSA Hardcore Championship match next week. Voltand told the PSA Faithful that not only are they unstoppable as a duo, but they are both formidable on their own. TYSON has been here since day one, won multiple Titles, and still has more accolades to capture. TYSON claimed that Carnival of Conquest will be no different; he will beat Drew Pender and walk out a Champion. Will this prophecy come to fruition?
The Jonsun Culinary Academy, who came down to the ring to support Cheese Louise for her singles match, also wanted to speak about their upcoming Championship match at Carnival of Conquest. Before they could, however, they were the victims of a surprise attack by Corwin.. and Adam! Will the hostility between these two teams be containable before their match next week?
As Dalton Pepper and Jeff Jonsun were helped to the back by medical personnel, Cheese Louise stepped in the ring against Council of M’s Macho Mars. Mars was a formidable opponent, but Louise nailed her with the Pasteurizer to win the match. During Louise’s celebration, Heather N. Marcus’ music began playing, but she never came out. Instead, HNM was shown on the screen partying. Will the Champion’s lack of care for her challenger be her undoing?
Backstage, John Warren addressed The Disicples’ ambush on The Lifeblood Initiative last week. He has always seen Undkban and his pack of dogs as nothing more than a nusciene, and at Carnival of Conquest, Cali Dynamite and JX2 will exterminate them when they square off in trios action. Which alliance will reign supreme?
The second showdown in the Best of 7 Series between Hernando Muertes and Rasgón took place next. There was still a level of unfamiliarity with one another in this match, and that proved to benefit “The Ace of the Damned” most of all. As Rasgón went for the Ledger Shredder, Muertes caught him, lifted him up for the Graveyard Overdrive, and emerged victorious. This may be the most competitive rivalry in PSA today!
The Beautiful Boys came down to the ring to speak about their match with The Owskis at Carnival of Conquest. Although they thanked the veterans for helping control Samuel Binglebottom last week, Cameron Curtis and Richard Hale really didn’t appreciate The Owskis being out there; The Beautiful Boys are a respected tag team in their own right, and they don’t need anyone else’s help to win their matches. This brought out The Owskis, who clarified that they meant no disrespect by the gesture, but they claimed that even if The Beautiful Boys did have help at Carnival of Conquest, it wouldn’t be enough to beat them. The two teams laughed the tension off and shook hands out of respect, but next week they will do everything they can to secure the victory.
Our Main Event was supposed to be Keith vs P-Money, but before the match began, Samuel Binglebottom came out on stage. S.O.B. said that P-Money has been nothing but a failure since his match with Dave at Finest Hour, so he gave him the night off, and in his place would be Mark Cooper Jr. Both men proved that they have what it takes to thrive at the pinnacle of PSA in this match, but in the end Keith hit Cooper with the Blue Sky Splash to walk out on top. As Keith celebrated, however, he was attacked from behind and put through a table by Binglebottom; it was never about winning, it was about weakening Keith before Carnival of Conquest! Can the injured Keith retain the Gold in a week’s time against one of his greatest foes?
PSA Flashback- Samuel Binglebottom and Keith have been at each other’s throats since the early days of PSA. Keith was established as a loser in Season 1, but this began to change when he got his first win, ironically enough against Binglebottom, in the Season 2 Battle Nexus Tournament. S.O.B., infuriated by this loss, proceeded to cost Keith the tournament, attack him so badly that he was carried out on a stretcher, and dismantled what was left of him in their No Disqualification match at Finest Hour 2022. Keith was not seen again until later that summer, where he teamed with BnB to take on the recently formed Binglebottom Enterprises. After this match, Keith went back to teaming with The Enhancers, while Binglebottom and his cronies captured the PSA Trios Championship at Ground Zero. These two alliances competed for the Gold at Halloween from Hell, where The Enhancers betrayed Keith for being too friendly! Despite this setback, Keith refused to give up, which eventually brought him the Ultimate Hour Championship at Finest Hour 2023. Meanwhile, Samuel Binglebottom forged a super alliance, recruiting the likes of Brian Gobert, the man who betrayed Keith, P-Money, and his entourage of Goldielox, The Great Rapsby, and Silva Sista. After losing the UH Title to Corwin, Keith tried to befriend a controversial figure in PSA: Leonard Lopez. The two struggled to get along, but they still managed to win the 2023 PSA Tag Team Classic and become PSA Tag Team Champions. Being jealous of his rival’s success, S.O.B. and P-Money challenged Keith and Lopez at Christmas Calamity, where a miscommunication between the Champions helped Binglebottom Entourages leave with the Gold! Binglebottom was confident that this broke up the pair for good, but this only made their bond stronger; The K+L Qlub was born! The best friends defeated Binglebottom Entourages in a TLC match and recaptured the PSA Tag Team Championship at Finest Hour 2024, which marked the last time that Keith and Binglebottom have been in a match together since. Samuel Binglebottom has always hated the fact that Keith has been more successful in PSA, but does this all change at Carnival of Conquest when they compete for the PSA World Championship?
After opening Ultimate Hour with the latest edition of PSA Flashback, Samuel Binglebottom came down to the ring to speak about the PSA World Champion. He told the PSA Faithful that he knows Keith better than anyone, and he doesn’t care what anyone says; Keith will always be “Mr. Lose Guy.” Not only has Binglebottom beaten him on multiple occasions, but he will do so again at Carnival of Conquest and become PSA World Champion. Before he could continue berating Keith, however, S.O.B. was interrupted by The Beautiful Boys. Cameron Curtis and Richard Hale commended Binglebottom for being a top-level performer, but if we’re looking purely at statistics, Keith is objectively better. They reminded Samuel that not only has he never been a Singles Champion, but he’s never even competed for a Singles Title before. Curtis joked that he might choke under the pressure, and that set Binglebottom over the edge. He yelled at The Beautiful Boys for ruining his time on the microphone, and if they didn’t leave right now, he was going to make this the biggest mistake of their life. The duo agreed to leave, but only if they got a tag team match tonight against Binglebottom Entourages! Enraged, Binglebottom accepted; who will walk out of tonight’s Main Event on top?
As Samuel Binglebottom stormed out, he passed the 2025 Men’s Debt Collector, Goldielox! “The Gilded Greatness” was here for his match against The High Five’s Maximilien Plouffe, who was accompanied to the ring by El Gigante. Gigante sees huge potential in Plouffe, and he impressed the PSA Faithful in this contest. However, it wasn’t enough to take down Goldielox, who hit his opponent with the Shredder to emerge victorious.
During Goldielox’s celebratory strut backstage, he passed by the PSA Hardcore Champion, Drew Pender. He commended Goldielox for his rise to the Main Event scene, but if he wants to become a star, then he needs to join Ashes of the Spear. Goldielox seemed to be considering it, but he declined when the pair were interrupted by Leonard Lopez. Pender yelled at Lopez for ruining this discussion, and that if he thought his little stunt last week would convince Drew to give him another shot at the Hardcore Title, then he is sorely mistaken. Lopez laughed, telling “The Shepherd of Fire” that he didn’t distract Drew last week to get another match for the PSA Hardcore Championship. Pender looked confused, but “The Jawbreaker” patted him on the shoulder, told him “watch and see,” and made his way to the ring.
Once Leonard Lopez was in the ring, he asked for one man to come out: Dave. The Ultimate Hour Champion, flanked by the rest of Champions of the Sea, was clearly confused, but Lopez made things very clear. He explained that Dave’s Captain, Swashbucklin’ Sheri, only received her rematch for the Roster Roulette Championship because of him. As a thank you, Dave owes him a favor: an Ultimate Hour Championship match at Carnival of Conquest. Sheri and Dave seemed to think this was a fair request, but Spack Jarrow spoke up first. He told Lopez that if anyone helped Sheri win that match last week, it was him, as he was the one to break Dave’s fall and tell Sheri to go for the win. If Lopez wants to earn a Title shot, however, then the two of them can face off next week. With everyone in agreement, the match was set for the next episode of Ultimate Hour.
The PSA’s Women’s World Champion, Heather N. Marcus, returned for her singles matchup against Low-Key Eve. As the bell rang, however, all it took was one Priority to end the contest without either woman breaking a sweat. As HNM left the arena, she accepted Cheese Louise’s request for Carnival of Conquest, but she warned that even if she brings her best, it won’t be enough to take down “The Forever Champion.”
Backstage, Johnny Warren announced to the Jonsun Culinary Academy that he has made their PSA Tag Team Championship match against Corwin… and Adam official for Carnival of Conquest. As the trio celebrated, however, he asked to speak with Dalton Pepper alone. Warren told Pepper that he has always had high hopes for him in PSA, and he thought that their match over the PSA World Championship at Plugged In 2023 was going to be the beginning of a major push for the young upstart. However, what has Pepper done since? He’s lost over and over again, and is this time going to be any different? “The Lifeblood” told Dalton that he deserves to be excellent, and if he wants to achieve greatness, he knows where to find him. This conversation was cut short, however, as cameras in the ring showed a brawl between The Disciples and The Lifeblood Initiative! This feud continues to intensify, and it’s only a matter of time before things reach their boiling point.
The PSA Hardcore Championship #1 Contender, TYSON, looked to build momentum against one of PSA’s newest signings, Allen. The PSA Faithful have taken a liking to Allen, but that didn’t stop TYSON from securing the W with the Dome Driver. Can TYSON do the same thing at Carnival of Conquest and become the PSA Hardcore Champion?
Backstage, Rasgón responded to Hernando Muertes’ proposal for a Best of 7 Series. He told “The Ace of the Damned” that he accepted, but only because of the fact that when he defeats Muertes 4 matches in a row, “The Grim Ripper” will undoubtedly be next in line for a Championship opportunity. With the Best of 7 Series officially underway, their second match will take place on next week’s show!
Ultimate Hour’s Main Event saw The Beautiful Boys face Binglebottom Entourages in tag team action. The PSA Faithful assumed the pairing would be P-Money and Samuel Binglebottom, but at the last second S.O.B. replaced himself with Lochlan. Luckily, The Owskis watched the match at ringside to ensure that the contest would remain fair. P-Money has been struggling since his match with Dave at Finest Hour, and that continued here tonight. After taking out Lochlan while Binglebottom was arguing with The Owskis, The Beautiful Boys hit P-Money with the Element of Surprise to win the match.
Ultimate Hour opened with the fully-realized Lifeblood Initiative. This seven-person faction has taken control of PSA, and they have made it clear that no one is safe. Warren demands excellence, and he will send his loyal followers after anyone that gets in the way of PSA’s future. This is why Dynamite and JX2 attacked The Disciples at Now or Never; they are a symbol of the past, and it’s time for them to evolve or go extinct. Warren’s right hand woman, Brittany Blake, also added that with the Debt Collector in her possession, she will ensure that only the best competitors will be PSA Women’s World Champion. Will PSA flourish under The Lifeblood Initiative, or is this the beginning of the end?
Sir Alex Westworthy was eager to win his Ultimate Hour debut, but the expression on his face shifted when he realized that his opponent was Bruno Bolousek. “The Blood Hunter” hadn’t been seen since Finest Hour, and it was clear that he had some pent-up aggression as a result. After planting Westworthy with the Bolousek Bomb, Bruno locked in the Mark of the Allmother to pass out his opponent with ease.
Next, we heard from one of the best tag teams in PSA history, The Owskis. Like Andrew and Josh mentioned at Now or Never, they are on a quest to recapture the PSA Tag Team Championship. However, they can’t go after them just yet, as they need to face some other teams first before they’ll be ready to go after the Gold. Right as they said this, they were interrupted by The Beautiful Boys. Curtis and Hale praised The Owskis for paving the way for them, and they would be honored to step in the ring with them next. The veterans eagerly accepted this challenge, and it was announced later in the evening that The Beautiful Boys and The Owskis will face off at Carnival of Conquest!
Cheese Louise and Janice Janet squared off in singles action. They had a back-and-forth encounter, but all it took was one Pasteurizer to secure the win for the JCA’s newest member. After the match, Louise called out the PSA Women’s World Champion, Heather N. Marcus, for a Title match at Carnival of Conquest! Not only that, but the rest of the Jonsun Culinary Academy want to face Corwin.. and Adam for the PSA Tag Team Title at this event; how will the Champions respond?
Hernando Muertes, who made his return to PSA in an incredible match at Now or Never, was asked to address his opponent: Rasgón. “The Ace of the Damned” gave his respect to “The Grim Ripper,” as it isn’t easy to win your debut match on a Special Event. However, Muertes noted that one win doesn’t make a star. To prove who truly is the better man, he laid out the challenge for the first Best of 7 Series in PSA history! Will Rasgón accept?
Next, Ashes of the Spear came down to ring to celebrate their respective victories at Finest Hour and Now or Never. Tara and Drew Pender were ecstatic to be the Roster Roulette and PSA Hardcore Champion, and Hayley promised that it would not be long before she had Gold around her waist once again. Unfortunately, their celebration was cut short by Champions of the Sea, who are determined to help Swashbucklin’ Sheri regain the RR Title. The tension between these alliances was reaching a boiling point, so Johnny Warren scheduled an impromptu mixed tag team match of Dave and Sheri vs Tara and Drew!
Champions of the Sea took the fight to Ashes of the Spear, but the contest kicked into another gear when the teams’ respective managers, Spack Jarrow and Hayley, were ejected from ringside. As the two left, everyone was surprised to see Leonard Lopez come down to the ring. Drew began yelling at Lopez to leave, which gave Dave the perfect opportunity to hit him with a diving Cannonball over the top rope; Sheri took advantage of this distraction by getting the pinfall victory with a Cannonball of her own! Can Sheri become a three-time Roster Roulette Champion?
As Leonard Lopez smirked his way to the back, he passed his best friend and PSA World Champion, Keith! Formerly known as “Mr. Lose Guy,” Keith revealed that this was the perfect time for a rebrand. From here on out, he simply wants to be known as “Mr. Guy!” Keith is grateful for the PSA Faithful’s support over the years, and he is ready to defend the PSA World Championship against any and all challengers! As he raised the Title, however, he was ambushed by Samuel Binglebottom. These two have a storied history with one another, and it looks like the next chapter is going to be written very soon.
The Main Event of Ultimate Hour was a 3 Way match between TYSON, Pletch, and Mark Cooper Jr., with the winner challenging for the PSA Hardcore Championship at Carnival of Conquest. In this fun matchup that had MCII as a major highlight, TYSON pinned a distracted Pletch with the Dome Driver after his mystery box, which was sitting at ringside, moved on its own. What could possibly be inside?
The new Director of PSA, Johnny Warren, kicked off Now or Never by addressing the PSA Faithful. He welcomed everyone to this new era, and he promised that we would see The Lifeblood Initiative in full effect tonight. Next, he declared that due to Corwin’s brutal attack on Brittany Blake at Finest Hour, “The Devil’s Chosen One” is banned from ever challenging for the PSA World Championship while Warren is in charge. With that out of the way, “The Lifeblood” turned his attention to Josh Grabowski. He explained that after doing everything he could to help Josh become PSA World Champion, he was disgusted to see him celebrate with Andrew, the man who stabbed him in the back and cost him that Title in the first place. But taking that out of the equation, Grabowski simply wasn’t a good Champion; he barely showed up, and when he did, he either lost or ended matches in countout draws. PSA deserved better, so Warren gave them better by gifting that Title to someone new: Keith. Speaking of, Johnny warned Keith that if he fails PSA like Josh did, he will destroy him and find someone better. To end his speech, Warren clarified that he and Josh will never face off in the ring, they will never make amends, and Josh will never be PSA World Champion ever again.
20 of PSA’s best competed in the Now or Never Battle Royal, with the winner earning a Championship match of their choosing tonight. Several wrestlers made their PSA debut here, including The High Five’s Maximilien Plouffe and Sir Alex Westworthy. There was also a random old person named Spoonman, but the current belief is that this was a fan who snuck his way into the match Most wrestlers held their own, but Allen, who has officially joined the PSA roster, walked out on top when he last eliminated Mark Cooper Jr.
Trunk faced off with Undkban once again, but this time it was inside After Hours Anarchy. With no ropes and no disqualifications, both men took this match to the extreme. Trunk proved that his resilience is better than most, but everyone has their limit; as he ran at his opponent with a headbutt, he was knocked out cold by Undkban’s Sands of Time. During Undkban’s celebration, however, the PSA Faithful were shocked to see the return of Cali Dynamite, who hit “The Pharaoh” in the back with a steel chair! Dynamite never forgot who injured him over a year ago, and he has officially aligned with The Lifeblood Initiative in order to get his revenge.
Cheese Louise, Swashbucklin’ Sheri, La Biblioteca, Hayley, Cruella Castonova, and Brittany Blake competed in the Women’s Debt Collection Ladder Match. Blake, who has fully committed to The Lifeblood Initiative following Corwin’s attack at Finest Hour, finally embraced the aggressive tendencies that she was teasing for months. This, along with a newfound partnership in The Lifeblood Initiative’s fourth member, Cruella Castonova, helped Blake retrieve the briefcase and become the 2025 Women’s Debt Collector.
One of PSA’s newest stars, Rasgón, competed against the returning and reborn Hernando Muertes. In a fantastic matchup, Rasgón came out on top when he reversed the Graveyard Overdrive into the Ledger Shredder. Even so, either man could have walked out on top, and it will not be long before these two meet in the ring once again.
Next, The Owskis faced The Disciples for the first time ever. With no chance of getting revenge against Johnny Warren, Josh and Andrew are on a quest to recapture the PSA Tag Team Championship. Luckily for them, the PSA Faithful are fully behind this pairing, and they proved how deserving they are of this support in this match of the year contender. While Drov and Grabowski were brawling at ringside, Frankowski hit Draco with the Sandbag to give The Owskis their second win of the year. As Draco and Drov recovered in the ring, they were attacked by JX2, who have also pledged themselves to The Lifeblood Initiative! Are The Disciples their first target?
After winning the Now or Never Battle Royal earlier in the night, Allen chose to challenge Drew Pender for the PSA Hardcore Championship. In a competitive Hardcore Classic, “The Shepherd of Fire” bested Allen with the What Goes Up Must Come Down to continue his reign as Champion.
The Main Event of the evening was the Men’s Debt Collection Ladder Match. Samuel Binglebottom, Goldielox, Gilgadar, Leonard Lopez, and the returning Ben Richards were all announced ahead of time, but no one knew who the final participant would be. Johnny Warren promised earlier in the night that he ensured that only the best would leave with the Debt Collector, and his way of doing so was by entering himself into the match! In the contest itself, Ben Richards shook Warren’s hand to signify that he was the seventh and final member of The Lifeblood Initiative. As Richards tried to help Warren retrieve the briefcase, however, he was taken out by his brother, Samuel Binglebottom. This gave Goldielox the opportunity to climb the ladder, knock Warren off, and become the 2025 Men’s Debt Collector!
